Is there a way to clear reversed transactions, to prevent them from showing up on an AP report of outstanding charges?

Hi Cindy!
In AgExpert Analyst you can hide reversed transactions in the Preferences area found under the Setup menu. It does not hide them everywhere however, as there needs to be an audit trail.
