Is there a way to reconcile loan statements in the online version? Just wondering how to enter in interest charges. Right now line of credits are setup as short term liabilities. Longer term loans are setup as Loans.

There isn't an official reconciliation tool for loans and liabilities. When I do reconciliations for these types of accounts, I usually use the General Ledger report.

Using this information, I can manually check and highlight my information and determine if my balance is correct or if adjustments are needed. Interest charges that are rolled back into the loan can be done as follows:
