My dashboard is coming up minus the row of icons at the top. When I go into Tools and then Customize Tool Bar I get an error message that won't let me go any further. I tried re loading the program but that doesn't fix this problem. Any suggestions?

The best option would be to upgrade your software, its probably a bug that was in the old version and updating it to the latest version will fix that issue.
