Regarding the new option to post to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable...when we are receiving a payment against the year end receivables that have been added as an adjusting entry, is there any way to enter this other than thru a general journal entry?

Hey Cheryl! Anything that goes into 1200 or 2100 by general journal entry has to come out the same way. Great question!
