What is the recommend way to handle a Deposit to the checking account that has multiple contributors? Example Deposit on bank statement is $100 but it is made up from $25 from Bob and $75 for Sam

Hi Darcy! Sorry for the delay in replying. In a case like your example, you would just manually note the situation when doing your bank reconciliation, knowing to check off both transactions to clear that one entry from the bank statement.
