Hi there ckeen! The Unharvested Acres are actually editable fields and you can just type a number in there. I think you mean Production when you reference "Yield." Those values are pulled from inventory adjustments labelled as "Production." If you click on Setup and go to Detailed Inventory Manager, you can edit inventory details and change an adjustment that was incorrectly labelled as Production to another adjustment type if you need to.
