Are you looking to start tracking it? Or for the report?
To start tracking it: click on 'setup' and pick 'preferences' from the drop down menu. Then choose the last tab that's 'show or hide features'. You will want to be sure that you have check marked the box (first one) for "contact purchase and sales reporting".
Then when you're adding entries through the 'transaction' window, make sure the very bottom field (to the left of the recap and record buttons) is filled in.
To find the report:
Click on 'reports', 'report console', choose the 'contacts' tab on the left menu options, there you will find the 'sales' and 'purchases' as options. Choose the one you're looking for. On the right part of that screen it will ask you for a date range. Enter what you would like and click 'generate'.
