I am new to Ag Expert. My bank account is in balance, but I have a lot of transactions to flow through the SHL account . How do I post these,. the withdraw and deposit accounts only show asset accounts not the liability of the positive SHL

To this you can do a withdrawal entry for a total of 0, expense line for whatever was purchased, then a D+ line to shareholder loans. In some cases the shareholder account will be found under L+ instead. I hope this helps!
