Hmmm! Great question. It's not entirely possible to do this with our current model of the software. There are a couple options for you however. The first is to setup two planting operations on the same field, or one with both crops and two harvests. The second option is to create a seed input with multiple varieties in it (via the Setup > Seed Inputs menu). I hope this helps!
