Hello Nichole, is this a new set of books? Do you have a dividing date on the file? If the opening balance screen and the option under the chart of accounts is not available this can be done through the general journal using the first date of the fiscal year debit the bank account and offset the credit to an offsetting account. Did your accountant tell you where to offset this entry?
