Hi, we recently purchased ag expert and recently incorporated. I have set up our business operating loan and now need to withdraw funds to pay off the Operating loans on the 3 individuals that incorporated. Do I offset this to a personal draw or shareholders loan I want it so the accountant can adjust it if need be once the rollover is complete. Thank you

Hello Sandra. By the sounds of it I would go with Shareholders Loan. This should make it easier for the accountant when adjustment will need to be made
