Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

I am new to AgExpert, and just loaded 2015. I have a back up file from the former bookkeeper for this client, but I believe it is in the 2012 version. When I try to restore the back up, the file does not show in the list, so I can not click on it. The file ends with .aga
Can anyone help?

    Hi Kelly,

    This is normal actually. You need to download and install the 2012-05 version and use that to restore that ".aga" data file. If you could contact our support team at 1-800-667-7893 or send us an e-mail to support@fccsoftware.ca we can e-mail you that version and assist you with the file conversion.
