Hi Nicole!
In your AgExpert, go to Setup > Preferences, and click on the Optional Features tab. Make sure that Bank Reconciliation is checked in this list.

I believe this will be why the report is showing. Once you save this, go back to your reports and make sure the Bank Rec History report appears for you. If it does not, give me a call at 1-800-667-7893 and I can do some more in-depth troubleshooting with you.
