I do not remember this happening last year but when I went to open 2019 Fiscal year it tells me I have unremitted GST. I assume that is just a notification and end of January I will still be able to process my 4th quarter 2018 GST return. I also assume I can process it in 2018 file ??

Yes, you’re correct. It’s just a reminder that you will need to go back and process the 4th qtr return when you are ready.
