I have tried to update my version of A.Analyst but something isnt working. My computer is a stand-alone (not connected to internet). So I have saved the file from the email I got to a usb stick and then inserted it in my farm computer. Double clicked on the file and it takes me thru the download procedure. Looks like it is going fine. The icon appears on my desktop, but it is "greyed" out and nothing happens when I try to open the icon. My old version of AA is still there and I can open it fine. Is there a step that I missed - it seemed fairly straight forward - I answered all the questions and it looked like it was installed......please help me. I need to get all my data entered for the accountants and I am way behind! I need this to work! And because I work off the farm during the week, I cannot call the 1-800 # during weekly daytime hours. I have to do this all in the evenings and weekends.

    Hello Elaine, which version of AgExpert did you install? Also which version of Windows are you running? The colour of the icon is normal, as it changed in 2013, with greyish blue with a white a. Please let me know as it might be linked to some missing windows update since it is offline.
