I purchase a machine and entered in capital assets. made a mistake and edited it by reversing. Now I have two purchased items one in possession and one not. How can I edit this out - says my reversals are active?

Hey Joan, You can't edit that "not in possession" one out. It's there to help ensure the validity of your audit trail. You can filter the report to show you in possession or not in possession if you feel your list is too cluttered.
