I want to clear my Personal Draws for the new fiscal year. How do I go about doing that?

Hi Dianne, you'll need to do a general Journal entry to debit or credit the draws accounts and zero them out. Then because you're just closing them at year-end, you can balance the transaction using Retained Earnings.
