If I buy my employee a Christmas gift what expense does it go under?

If I add a fiscal year it continues on under the previous years name. I want to start a whole new year under a different name so I can keep each year separate

I’m using a 2008 version and would like to update to the newest version and receive technical support. How would I do that? Thanks.

I am using AgExpert Analyst 2006. I ran a temporary year end a couple of months ago.  Now when I go to Year end the only option that comes up is Undo.  What's the best solution here?
