Is WCB paying back a portion of the WCB you paid earlier? If so, then you won't actually post this as income. Instead, you will set your type to Expense, and use the same WCB expense account that you had posted your original payment to.
If this is indeed a true rebate, then this would be considered eligible, since you only pay WCB on eligible payroll expenses.
