when entering land values into the opening blances do you enter the purchase price or the fair market value ? TIA

Hi Kari, Always use the purchase price. The Fair Market Value is only reported on the Net Worth Statement and you can set the fair market value by clicking on the Management menu and choosing Fair Market Value...
