Hey Karen, (Me again! :)) Change your Current Fiscal year back to 2013 and run your final GST return. Once that's done and saved, then you can go back to using 2014 as your current fiscal year and your GST paid should be reporting zero. (unless you've posted GST items in 2014 already, then you'll see those still in the balance)
