Im still having trouble with new download, error shows and cant record a transaction

    We can help you fix this problem if you don't mind giving us a call at 1-800-667-7893 when you have a moment. Essentially it is due to a recent Microsoft update...we need to move the files from their current location to a new folder on C:/ and that will resolve the issue.
