Did you create the accountant's copy already? ( did you send your file to the accountant already? It might be that your file has a dividing date. If that is the case, you would need to undo the accountant's copy from under the file menu. Once that is done, you will be able to add the new fiscal year. Side note: if the file was already sent to the accountant you will need to create a new accountant's copy and send a new copy to them.
