To get rid of the remaining inventory, you will need to use the inventory adjustment window to zero out those accounts. Click on your Inventory menu and select Inventory Adjustment. Choose the account you want to adjust and then reduce the balance by entering as a negative number whatever is showing as Quantity on hand in the window.
