If the transaction has already been entered into AgExpert Analyst, there is no way to use the app to take pictures and have those on the hard drive. If I were in your place I'd either use a scanner (if you have one handy) or the camera on my phone to create a digital copy of the posting document and then just name and save that digital copy in the same location as the ones that come from the app to the computer. For naming the digital copy, I'd use date/audit number. Let's say I posted a bill and it recorded as audit number 1516 and I posted it on January 15, 2014, I might name the digital copy of my posting document as 20140115_1516 or even 1516_20140115.
