I am reconciling my Visa statement for the first time. The software is showing that I have a difference of $0.06 because the payment I made to the bank was out by this amount. What is the best way to reflect this error so I can balance the visa bank rec? In the next payment to Visa I have corrected this mistake.

as long as you make the exact entries in AgExpert you should be able to reconcile your visa... This difference might show that the Visa account has a balance owing but the difference on the bank rec should be zero... I hope this helps
