I am trying to enter the cost of a 1/2 ton truck as a capital purchase. I have filled everything out that I know about it in the screen that popped up when I selected C+ under Type in the bottom half, but the bottom half of the screen will not automatically enter the amount we paid for the truck ($1800) and it wont let me manually enter it. I think I must have missed something. Any thoughts?

Hello Heather, If you click on the pencil at the end of the transaction line, this will open the Edit Capital Asset screen. Make sure that $1800 is entered in the Original cost box. Hope that helps.
