I am trying to reconcile my bank statement. the last transactions I just recorded are not showing up on the bank reconciliation page. They are in my transaction history and my balance is correct but there isn't an entry for me to check off so I cannot record and balance the month end.
Hi LeAnne, There's only a couple of reasons why a transaction won't be showing in the bank reconciliation window.
1. It's already been reconciled. I'm thinking this one is pretty unlikely in your case.
2. It's dated *after* the bank statement date in the reconciliation window.
3. It's posted to a different bank account than the one you're reconciling.
The easiest way to sort it out is to use the Edit and Reverse Transactions window to quickly do a Full Edit and check it out. If you discover a problem, then you're in the exact place you need to be to fix it. As soon as you've fixed the transactions they should show in your bank rec window so that you can check them off and record that reconciliation.
