I entered a $10000 deposit on an air drill under class 8 capital asset in our 2022 tax year. The remainder of the asset was paid for when it arrived in 2023. How do I make this final entry and merge the two amounts?

Hi Michelle. You can't merge capital assets, so your best best is to split into two transactions, using your Prepaid Items account to put the deposit in. You can find more detailed instructions here: http://community.fccsoftwar...
